Carter was born 15 years ago in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Besides being a Grand Award Winner at NAISEF, Carter won first place in the Junior High Biological division of Oklahoma Junior Academy of Science and won an Award for the project most tribal related at the Cherokee Science Fair. Carter hopes to help the Native American community in the future by becoming an Environmental Attorney. Carter’s hobbies include football, science fairs and Cherokee events.
