Three Decades Strong

AISES celebrated our 30th anniversary in 2007. Throughout these years, dramatic milestones and shifting trends in education and STEM have taken place. 

As AISES moves into the next decades, we celebrate the accomplishments of our professional and student members and look forward to the future. We recognize that society faces multifaceted and complex challenges, including:

o harnessing sustainable energy,
o ensuring supplies of clean water,
o balancing the needs of an ever-complex world with the mandates of environmental stewardship,
o dealing with health challenges, and
o making the best of technological innovations

Solving these challenges require the best and brightest talent, and AISES members are unique situated to bring indigenous traditions, knowledge, and respect to the challenges of today, helping sustain our universe and all of its opportunities.
